A title is missing

This is the most useful thing you can report, and it usually has one of a few causes: the film reached the platform in the last day or two and our sources have not caught up, it is a small release the public catalogues never listed, or it is on a platform nobody aggregates. Send us the title and where you saw it and we will look.

A platform is wrong, or it has left

Availability changes without notice and licences lapse. We re-check every platform daily, so a title that has moved should correct itself within a day. If it does not, tell us.

The date looks wrong

OTTwala shows two kinds of date and labels which is which. "Streaming 11 Sep" means we watched it appear on that platform that day. "Released 11 Sep" means we know when the title came out but not the day it reached streaming, usually because it arrived before we started tracking.

Why is "This week" empty?

Because nothing arrived in your languages that week, which does genuinely happen. Widen to "This month", or add a language.

Can I open the film from OTTwala?

No, and this is a licence limit rather than an oversight. The agreement covering our availability data permits us to tell you who has a title, not to link into the service. Open the platform's own app and search there.

Does OTTwala collect anything about me?

No. There is no account, no analytics and no advertising. See the Privacy Policy.
